Copper didn't do much for me before. Why would yours be different?
Most likely, what you had before wasn't solid copper.
A lot of what's sold as copper jewelry is a thin copper-colored skin over steel or zinc. Your wrist only ever touched the coating.
Ours is 99.9% copper from the outside in. It's cut from solid sheet, so there is nothing underneath to wear through.
Give it a fair try: put it on every morning for four weeks, then decide. If it isn't for you, send it back.

Does wearing copper really do anything?
People have asked us that since the seventies, and we'll give you the same honest answer.
Copper is a mineral your body uses every day, and wearing it is a habit far older than any laboratory.
We don't make promises about what it will do for you. What we can tell you is that women who bought a cuff from us in their fifties are still ordering from us in their seventies.
They keep wearing it because they like how it feels. That has always been enough for us.
Has science proven anything?
Studies so far are mixed, and we won't tell you otherwise.
What isn't in question is the history. Copper has been worn by sailors, farmers and grandmothers on nearly every continent for more than 3,000 years.
None of them waited for a study. They wore what their families wore.
Most of our customers found us the same way: they tried other things first, then gave copper a go.
Can I get it wet?
Yes. Wash the dishes in it, shower in it, garden in it.
Copper has gone to sea and out to the fields for centuries. Water won't hurt it.
A few honest notes:
- Salt water and pool chlorine speed up darkening, so your piece will age faster
- That darker color is natural patina, not damage
- A lot of chlorine over a long time can dull the surface
Prefer it shiny? Rinse it in fresh water after a swim and dry it with a towel. Otherwise, wear it and forget about it.

Fair question. Copper itself isn't a precious metal.
