Shipping policy

This page explains where John & Mary Copper ships, how long your order takes, and what to do if a parcel is running late. Please take a moment to read it before you place your order.

Where we deliver

We ship orders to the following destinations, and this policy covers all of them:

• The United States
• Canada
• The United Kingdom
• Europe
• Australia
• New Zealand

Timing and cost

• Getting your order ready: 1 to 4 business days (Monday through Friday).
• Delivery: most parcels arrive within 7 to 12 business days (Monday through Friday).
• Shipping cost: Flat $9.99 shipping.

Tracking your parcel

As soon as your order ships, it gets its own tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Please allow 1 to 3 days for the tracking details to show up. Once in a while, a tracking page stops updating along the way. If that happens, your parcel is still coming and will reach you.

If something about the tracking or the delivery doesn't look right, please check with the carrier first, since they can see exactly where your parcel is. If they can't sort it out, write to us.

If your order is late

Nearly all orders arrive within the time we've given. Now and then, though, one takes longer. If 3 days have gone by since your expected delivery date and your order still hasn't come, write to us at info@johnandmarycopper.com and we'll look into it for you.

Orders that come in more than one parcel

Carriers have weight limits, so a larger order is sometimes split into separate parcels. That means pieces bought together may not reach you on the same day. If only part of your order has arrived, the rest is on its way and normally turns up within 1 to 3 days.
